Dynamic Dies, Inc., a leading provider of high-quality cutting dies, flexographic plates, digital printing, and prepress services for the corrugated packaging industry, announces the installation of North America's first FUJIFILM ACUITY® Ultra Hybrid LED (Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED) printer, a high-end printer for a wide variety of substrates including rigid and flexible media, opening new avenues for print applications for corrugated packaging.

The Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED printer offers high quality printing and delivers near-photographic quality printing at maximum speeds of up to 3,390 ft²/hr (roll-to-roll) and resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi. The printer offers versatility for traditional roll-to-roll or rigid applications, ideal for corrugated packaging print runs. The printer also has capabilities for interior graphics, banners, signage, billboards and more.

Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED’s belt transport and intelligent vacuum systems can print on a range of rigid substrates previously only possible on dedicated flatbed systems, offering a cost-effective print solution for short runs of corrugated box applications.
