Dynamic Dies Inc., a leading provider of high-quality rotary cutting dies, flexographic dies, prepress services, and large-format digital printing, is proud to announce the opening of its new state-of-the-art facility in Indianapolis.
This expansion marks a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to its growing client base across the Midwest.
The new facility, located at 5811 W. Minnesota Street, Indianapolis, IN 46241, will enhance Dynamic Dies’ production capabilities, allowing the company to better serve customers with faster turnaround times, expanded service offerings, and increased capacity to meet growing demand.
This location will bring together Dynamic Dies' Indianapolis-based operations under one roof, including DDI Digital, which specializes in large-format printing for box houses needing small runs, such as seasonal packaging. It will also integrate Allied Steel Rule Die Inc., which Dynamic Dies acquired in September 2024.
“We are thrilled to expand our operations to Indianapolis,” said Chad Wood, vice president of sales at Dynamic Dies.
“This new facility is a testament to our continued growth and dedication to providing our clients with the best possible products and services. It positions us to be even more responsive to their needs while maintaining the high quality and precision we are known for.”
Pat Sullivan, CEO of Dynamic Dies, added, “This expansion is more than just a new location—it’s about strengthening relationships and bringing our best-in-class solutions closer to the businesses that rely on us. Indianapolis puts us in a strong position to serve our customers with even greater speed and flexibility. We take pride in our ability to evolve and meet the ever-changing needs of the packaging industry.”
Jeff Francis, global production manager, said, “Our team is excited to deliver the same top-tier service and expertise our customers have come to expect, now with even greater capacity.”
The Indianapolis facility will feature:
- State-of-the-art equipment, including North America’s first Fujifilm Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED printer.
- Enhanced logistics capabilities to ensure timely delivery across key regional markets.
- Enhanced operational processes designed to improve efficiency and reduce material waste.
In addition to bolstering production, the new facility will create numerous job opportunities in the Indianapolis area,
contributing to the local economy and supporting Dynamic Dies’ long-term growth strategy.
